Your aren't a stereotype, then why eat like that!

Is uniqueness something you treasure? Yes, then why eat what everybody eats, treat oneself as special and give your beautiful body food that it so deserves!


My first meal of the day. Welcome each new day for the glory it is, eat that suits the occasion.

I had Banana patties (Carb, yellow component), raw beet, carrot, tomato salad (Minerals and carbs, red component) and Cottage cheese cucumber rolls (Proteins and fats, green component) with coconut cilantro dip.

Not much cooking except for patties, which I cook and freeze. Rest only cutting chopping veggies and a complete balanced meal is all set!
