Plain breads served with vegetables can get a tad too boring at times.

I tried a variety of stuffings, Roasted Corn (Makki) Flour spice with cumin, coriander and chilly and Roasted Gram (Sattu) spiced with garlic, chilly and turmeric. Both turned out really nice. Also I made parathas with no oil on a flat pan and added a dollop of ghee to it, ghee is most nutritious when eaten raw.

For relish I used cherries and plums cooked with sugar and a pinch of salt, cook this till the plums leave color and a bright red shade is obtained, there is also a pickled lemon, mint chutney, cucumber and more ghee!
