Do your bit to add to positive energy:

In uncertain times we are living in, limited social contact and work pressure adds to an already overblown situation, practicing gratefulness is a great way to contribute to positive universal energy.

☀️ When you get up in morning thank universe for another day.

🏃🏻‍ When you go out for walk/exercise, thank the wind, the sky, the birds and the ground you are standing on for making the practice possible.

💦 When you bathe thank the water and say as I wash myself I wash away all dense feelings making way for light to come in filling me with abundance, wisdom and love.

✋ When you clean your house say, ‘As I clean this space, I invite all loving light energies to dwell here, manifesting truth and compassion.’

🍛When you are eating say, ‘May this food fill me with love, kindness, health and prosperity.’

🌱 When you do gardening/water plants say, ‘Mother Earth, accept this labour as my contribution towards a healthy life giving planet.’

🍳 When you are cooking say, ‘May those who eat this meal be filled with gods light and love.’

⏰ When you work say to yourself, ‘May this work that I am doing align me to my soul path, getting me closer to my purpose in life.’

💤 before sleeping thank universe for another day, think of any issues bothering you and ask god to guide you and give you answers.
