Increasing Ether ( Space) element in our bodies.

Don’t we all like large open spaces, large windows, a good view of open skies, balconies with plants are a joy in itself! A home filled to capacity with almost no walking space is too cluttered and we all try to tidy up our places by organizing it. This is a natural instinct to crave for space and our inner body too cries for some space.

Increasing ether or space element in our bodies gives it rest and tranquility. Despite busy lives and congested metro living there are bits and pieces we can do. While eating try to keep 25% of stomach empty. Take a break from your favourite shows and take 25-30 mts at night for a nice walk on terrace/breathing exercise/meditation in balcony or just a nice relaxing aroma bath. Also practice half day of quietness once a week. Depending on your schedule don’t speak will about 2 pm. Talk in gestures/ for phone call just reply busy in meeting.

You will notice the effects on your persona and it will result in much cooler and patient you!!
