Gut friendly, Idli and Chutney Breakfast

Idlis are steamed snacks made of rice and lentils.

These are podi idlis with ghee and peanuts and chickpeas chutney.


Idli batter should be fermented naturally, so that it becomes rich in good gut bacteria. Pour ghee on them and sprinkle podi masala, ghee eaten in raw form is great for eyes and bone health. Enjoy simple meals for healthy life.
