Eating your vitamins and minerals

Vitamins and minerals when taken in plant form are best absorbed by body.


Popping pills is one of the easiest things to do, but not all in the pill is absorbed by our body. Taken in form of fruits and vegetables is the best way to enrich and supply nutrients to our body.

I have a tea and snack in morning and breakfast is a mix of 6-7 seasonal fruits. Sharing a picture from my supply of fresh produce. Its cherries, raw almonds, papaya, mangoes, peaches, kiwis, pomegranate and plums.

Try a breakfast of fruits on at least 3 days a week. Its quite filling too, its all in our minds that we need a cooked breakfast.
