Not losing weight! Shocking and confusing the system is the way to be.
Well if one is not able to lose weight despite eating required calories in a planned manner, its time to shock the system.
How that is to be done is simple. For 9-10 days do away with common salt, white sugar, dairy, meat, eggs, beans, white rice and wheat products. Also eat veggies that you normally don't. The whole deal is eat food stuffs that have not been a part of your diet. As body tries to figure out these new things it also resets and rejuvenates.
Use rock salt, honey, Amaranth/rajgira flour, raw sprouted green and black gram, dry fruits, buckwheat/water chestnut flour, sago/wild rice. Lots of raw fruits and salads. Also remember to take black currants daily to keep intestines in motion.
This all will cleanse your body, a 8-9 days diet without common salt/white sugar/ complex proteins is required to flush out toxins from body and cleanse it. It also works wonders to your skin giving it a glow and you get that detoxed feel!
