Cinnamon Water for Detox and Weight loss

Cinnamon water is great to have if one is looking to loose weight, it is also helpful in water retention issues. It is known to lower blood sugar levels hence good for diabetics.
Try it.
To make Cinnamon water take about 3 glasses of water, add ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ¼ tsp Cardamom powder and ¼ tsp turmeric. Boil and keep. You could drink this lukewarm water or add lemon juice and honey.
You could try doing detox on this for a day. Boil about 6 glasses of water, cool, add honey and lemon to it, sip throughout the day.
